This is a Date Saver – Only!

Lock the dates into your diary and start cutting your Watercolour Paper in 1/2 and paint your hearts out!!

This is NOT a ‘Call’ for your Work yet – just a hint to get ready!!

As soon as we have the Official ‘Rules’ for 2019 from FabrianoInAcquarello – Italy Organisers – we will release them here off the Fish Lane Studios website …. this will include the process for Watercolour Artists in Australia to submit your Application and Artwork for review and selection by the Australian Watercolour Jurors – once we have our time line and dates for the Opening of Submissions!

Artists – remember when we do the ‘Call’ you can submit your Watercolour Work and you don’t have to come to Italy – but if you would like to travel you will be able to share some of the most amazing experiences – with approx 1,500 Artists from over 70 Countries – !! **Artists will be responsible for their own travel costs and accommodation in Italy.

Check out Artists such as our 2018Australian Country Representative – Richard Tiejun Chao – who demonstrated the first night we were in Fabriano – Italy at the Aera Artist Club – under lights!!Most of all start painting or sorting your current Work – make sure you choose half sheets of Watercolour Paper – 56 x 38 cm landscape or portrait and start washing your colours!! We will let you know as soon as possible when we have the Official 2019 Rules and Submission Process!

We met many fellow international Artists and our Hosts – Anna Massinissa and Fabriano Mayor Gabriele Santarelli – and Anna’s amazing Team of Volunteers who worked to make us feel at home!Great local coffee in the main Piazza Del Comune – thanks to the very patient waitresses like Dorela Aron
