Ada Chen is our Under 30’s Emerging Artist – Winner of this Category in the Australian Watercolour Muster – 2020/21

We are very proud to showcase and share Ada’s 1st Solo Exhibition here in Brisbane @ The Art Hub – River La Vie Cafe Tennyson Reach from the 8th to the 24th April – 2022.

Ada has at this very young age evolved the capability to capture a moment – to capture an emotion and share it with the viewer – these Works will never age as they capture the essence of humanity and life!

Ada’s watercolour technique is very well developed with the beauty of the pigment and the paper allowed to shine together, the sign of a true Master – congratulations Ada we are proud to represent you 🌞

Again this Work represents Ada’s amazing ability to capture the ‘essence’ of her subject – this glance more piercing, probing the viewer almost Falcon like! Although the palette for this work is very different, the contrast of the whites on white and again…. simplicity in composition is perfect!
